We guarantee to answer your question to your satisfaction or your full payment will be refunded. If you have asked all of your follow up questions and you are dissatisfied with our responses, just ask for a refund. It’s that easy.

If you purchased a brief answer and later feel you need a very detailed answer to your question, simply upgrade to a very detailed answer. You pay only the difference between the two prices. You will be given full credit for your earlier payment.

If you ask a question and later decide you need additional onsite support, upgrade to the type of service and level of difficulty you feel you need. Any payments you made earlier for the same problem will be deducted from the total amount of the new service.

We guarantee to repair your site to your satisfaction or your full payment will be refunded. If you are dissatisfied with our repairs, just ask for a refund. It’s that easy.

If we believe your hosting provider or the software controlling your server is not providing adequate security, we reserve the right to refund your original repair fee instead of instead of continuing to repair your site. You agree that a total refund of your repair fee will relieve us of any ongoing or future obligations to repair your site.
